Safety Survey

Configure and run fear-of-crime and safety perception surveys.

Safety Survey lets you capture perceptions of safety in the community or within staff teams. Surveys are configured and deployed directly from the platform.

Survey types

  • Public survey: Tokenised link shared with community members.
  • Staff survey: Mobile-friendly survey for internal staff (Fear of Crime).

You can create, rotate, disable, and delete survey links. Each link includes usage stats and supports short-link tracking.

What the survey captures

  • Day and night safety ratings
  • Areas of concern
  • Environmental factors
  • Free-text notes
  • GPS location (required for submissions)

Surveys support multiple languages and are optimised for mobile devices.

Alerts and exports

Use Alert Flows to notify teams when new survey data is captured, and Export Flows to schedule survey exports.
