Business Tools
Advanced tools for enterprise security operations.
Business tools are advanced features that extend the core platform. They are enabled per organisation depending on your contract and operational needs.
If you do not see a tool listed here in your platform, contact your account manager to enable it.
The WhatsApp-first philosophy
Most security businesses already have phones on site. Guards use them to communicate with control rooms, check in for shifts, and coordinate with colleagues. Community Wolf business tools work inside WhatsApp, so there is no new hardware to buy and no new apps to install.
When you assign a skill to a staff member (a phone number), that phone gains new capabilities. A guard can scan licence discs, run patrols, or check in—all through WhatsApp flows. The data flows back to the platform in real time.
