Sites represent the physical locations you operate in. Each site is linked to an area so reports and patrol data can be filtered correctly.
Create a site
Add site details
Enter the site name and address. The platform uses address search to suggest coordinates.
Confirm location
Drag or click on the map to fine-tune the site location.
Link to an area
Assign the site to an existing area so reports and analytics are scoped correctly.
Assign skills and staff
Choose the skills available at the site and assign staff who will operate there.
Site skills
Site skills define what WhatsApp actions are available at that location. For example, a site may allow Patrol Skills and Licence Plate checks but exclude licence disc scanning. Skill combinations are validated to prevent incompatible workflows.
Site skills can be used to enforce operational boundaries and improve data quality.
